D r i p d r o p, t i p t a p,
patterns on the grass.
As the water flows,
it reflects just like glass.
T i c k t o c k, t i m e stops,
please reverse the clock.
As the light recedes,
our consciousness it mocks..

My sanity is gone!
The deceit within our grin,
the cracks of our broken cause..
My laughs,
These.. tears you'll never see,
this harsh reality!
For we were once the earth itself,
Now what are we?
Our ideals for her smile,
her forbidden zeal,
and this dream we had of the moon's eye plan,
cast us the adverse of our deal..
The more that I long,
for that which we should never have,
we dream of you and us,
walking hand in hand.
Though I never once,
ever needed sleep,
the darkness where we dwell,
dreams.. d i llusions... of you...
NEVER are they bleak.
Though always fucking bittersweet...
Yes yes, hush hush- No! I'll be selfish for today!
Pretending,
we're pretending you are here,
You ARE here!
Though "Love you",
I will never say...
Even though,
We have no real heart for you to break...
We tell ourselves this anyways...
And we'll be hand in hand,
impossible as that is.
But every place that we go,
is always dead dead DEAD!
I HATE what you've done!!
Our weakness lies with you..

You know when you're writing a poem and you don't like what you typed
you can hit the backspace key
and back goes the space until you are satisfied with the outcome
but what is satisfaction when just a moment ago you had something to say
and now that one key has taken it away?
But then suddenly you have something better to type
maybe worded in a better way
and you're so happy as your fingers hit the keys
your thoughts spilling out onto the page like liquid
until you read your new, revised version and the outcome is not what you expected
when the mood is not set correctly
and the expected impact of your words becomes rejected

How poor am I to be.

The love that's in front of me,
That shines very brightly.
My body can't comprehend,
As it constantly seeks my life's end.
It constantly seeks sweet catharsis,
But doesn't believe any of this.

This sweet lovely bliss.
Why do I want to stay in a dark abyss,
But also desire a beautiful kiss?
I have nothing to offer,
And feel I must suffer,
In the long run,
For all that I've done.
I don't know what I did wrong,
But I feel like I've done a lot of wrong.

I've destroyed others' feelings.

Wow!!!!!!! You should change your nickname from the major to the master!!! That was incredible!!!!! It was bittersweet love in one of its most torn forms, but was still beautiful! Job well done!
