Brought forth from the ill-fortunes,
of the sentient being,
a black mass arose,
from the non-sentient tree.
It would come to learn,
of tragedy and woe,
but of tenderness and joy,
it would be denied,
unrighteously so.
Cruel is the fate,
of one born without rhapsody,
but from chaos and confusion,
she would stand precariously.
"You poor thing,
born from the blood of war.
I will make you my son (sun),
give you a reason to fight for."
The disease that plagued the land,
a millennia of suffering awaits.
The cure that would withstand,
has a lifetime to curate.
